Our Mission
No child, parent, or person should grow up helpless about their own body because the knowledge was hidden, gated, or made inaccessible. CryoCove exists to break that silence.
The body is one connected system. Cold, heat, breath, movement, sleep, light, hydration, food, and the brain are not separate specialties — they are nine ways of understanding a single organism. Nine Coaches. Nine domains. One mission.
